- In order to keep the air balance and improve the drying capacity, the temperature of supply air inside the hood must be kept around 95-115°C. The temperature differs a little due to the different paper grade.
- The supply air is preheated in the air-air heat recovery unit, and then goes through the air heat exchanger. After having been heated by steam to required temperature, it goes to different blow boxes.
- Various types of blow boxes inside hood can improve the evaporating speed of water contained in paper sheet as well as strengthen the paper sheet's running stability.
- These blow-boxes can meet the running requirements of all sorts of paper machine.
