• Blade coater contains coater framework, backing roll, coating roll, coating pan, blade metering unit, arc roll, limit adjusting device, backing roll sprayers, coating roll decking device, pneumatic control system and so on.

Structure of Coating Pan

Coating pan is stainless plates welded in intercalation structure. Inside the pan, there is a chamber contains the water for cooling. Coating color enters through the main pipe, covers and penetrates the holes on the pipe. Evenly supplying and returning color guarantees a good color circulation. In the pan, no color reduce deposits in the circulation, so that the solid content of color remains unchanged. The coating pan is turned to the cleaning position by air cylinder.
